1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zoneck Transfer (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. Open Source License (Apache 2.0)

Zoneck Transfer is free and open-source software distributed under the terms of the Apache License, Version 2.0 (the "License"). You may obtain a copy of the License at:

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.

3. Attribution & Upstream Project

Zoneck is based on the open-source LocalSend project. We gratefully acknowledge and credit the original LocalSend authors and contributors under the Apache License 2.0.

4. Permitted Use & User Responsibility

Zoneck allows you to transfer files between devices under your control over your local network. You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content, nature, and legality of any files, media, or data you choose to transfer using the Software.
  • You will not use the Software to transfer malicious software, copyrighted materials without authorization, or any materials that violate applicable local, national, or international laws.
  • You understand that transfers occur directly between devices on your local network. It is your responsibility to ensure you only accept transfer requests from trusted devices on your network.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS, COPYRIGHT HOLDERS, OR ZONECK TRADING LLP BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoneck Trading LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of data, file corruption, or network disruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
